She took great care of our cats, and was willing to learn and administer some medication to our older cat, which we greatly appreciated. "We have used PawShake for another pet sitter but they weren’t available so we had to find a new one. We were a little nervous at first, but we made the decision to try out Keyarra after our her friendly, warm and happy demeanour at the meet & greet made us feel comfortable. While we were away she provided daily care for Teddy (Cat) and Jetty (Cat), updated us with photos, shared updates and ask questions to get to know the cat’s personality an overall excellent service. "I recently had Lauren watch my 6 month-old puppy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and warm. She immediately gave me peace of mind as a new puppy parent.
She took the time to understand my pup’s personality, routine, and needs, and it really showed. I received regular updates, photos, and videos, which were such a comfort while I was away. My puppy clearly felt safe and happy with her, lots of tail wags, cuddles, and playtime galore!
Beyond just the basics, Lauren went the extra mile to make sure my pup got exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of affection. She was attentive to his training cues, feeding schedule, and even kept my home tidy.

"In short: Kody saved my cat's life while I was away.
I had to stay abroad to deal with a family funeral, and Kody was the sitter during that period. My cat, who is diabetic, got sick and needed urgent care. Kody took the job extremely seriously and drove my cat to the emergency room. It was revealed later on during that week that my cat suffered from pancreatitis as well, possibly due to his diabetes. Without Kody being here and taking care of my cat, I honestly do not know what would have happened. Kody still went to visit my cat at the hospital to give him company. "Elizabeth took exceptional care of our three dogs for 14 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we met her, she was kind, reliable, and genuinely caring. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
