"Maryam was kind, communicated well, and was available on short notice for an extremely reasonable rate. She took great care of our cats, and was willing to learn and administer some medication to our older cat, which we greatly appreciated. "I recently had Lauren watch my 6 month-old puppy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and warm. She immediately gave me peace of mind as a new puppy parent. She took the time to understand my pup’s personality, routine, and needs, and it really showed. I received regular updates, photos, and videos, which were such a comfort while I was away. My puppy clearly felt safe and happy with her, lots of tail wags, cuddles, and playtime galore! Beyond just the basics, Lauren went the extra mile to make sure my pup got exercise, mental stimulation, and lots of affection. She was attentive to his training cues, feeding schedule, and even kept my home tidy. It’s clear she truly loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. "Miranda was a fantastic pet sitter for our two cats! She had great communication and sent a lot of photos and videos. She is patient and clearly very good at gaining the trust of animals. "In short: Kody saved my cat's life while I was away. I had to stay abroad to deal with a family funeral, and Kody was the sitter during that period. My cat, who is diabetic, got sick and needed urgent care. Kody took the job extremely seriously and drove my cat to the emergency room. It was revealed later on during that week that my cat suffered from pancreatitis as well, possibly due to his diabetes. Without Kody being here and taking care of my cat, I honestly do not know what would have happened. Kody still went to visit my cat at the hospital to give him company. His help was literally invaluable."
