"Vivian was one of the best pet sitters we have ever had. We were worried at first as we have a few diverse pets in the home (parrot, fish and reptiles) and were nervous about finding a pet sitter that could handle them all, but Vivian was up to the task. She listened intently to what each pets needs were and cared for each of them perfectly. We received daily updates and our minds were so settled knowing our small companions were well taken care of. We truly felt Vivian cared for our pets and she spent time to get to know each of them and played with them each time she visited.

"Fiona simply restored my faith in kindness, integrity and professionalism of people. My cat is 16 years old. He needs little bit more care. Fiona fulfilled not only all my wishes, but even more than I expected. During my vacation, Fiona sent me photos every day about how my cat was doing. "I reached out to Bowie very last minute, and she was incredibly approachable and quick to respond. Her detailed profile and photos immediately gave me confidence, and her thoughtful questions in the caht showed how attentive and insightful she is. "Yasaman did a great job with my pets, plants and packages! it was a stress free week with her looking after everything. I came home to guinea pigs and my crested gecko, all looking happy (as much as a lizard can look happy :)) and her communication was great! I didn't ask for much as I was out of the country without a cell plan and she followed my instructions perfectly. I fully recommend her as a sitter for your pets!"

"Zoei was a saviour to my family during the 2024 holidays. The person who was taking care of my two cats had to travel due to a family emergency and I had to find a cat sitter immediately. I’ve used PAWSHAKE a few years ago and knew there was a chance to find someone I could trust. PAWSHAKE marched my cats and location with a few sitters. Zoei got my attention for her rating, availability and also for her tracked record of responding fast to queries. On top of that she has pet Guinea pigs and I thought that she’s a person one can trust. I contacted her via the PAWSHAKE app, it all worked perfectly. Zoei responded within the hour to my ask and we arranged a quick meeting with my friend who was leaving the next day. They met and Zoei gave a great vibe and my cats liked her because she was gentle and kind. We agreed to the booking and Zoei visited twice a day during six days. Every time she would communicate with me and share photos of my kitties. I returned home to happy and well taken-care-of kitties. Zoei thank you! You are one of the best cat sitters and I recommend you very much. "

"I was initially nervous about leaving our cats alone for an extended period, but our experience with Marco and Laura exceeded all expectations.
They took care of our cats as if they were their own, petting them, spoiling them with treats, and playing with them during each visit.
We received tons of lovely pictures, and we even got a wonderful surprise with some physical photos of our cats in our house. It was amazing to come home and find that thoughtful gift.
One of our cats is usually very shy, but she was surprisingly confident around them and even let them brush her. They also went above and beyond by helping us with an issue in our apartment, enabling us to take swift action before it got worse.
Their service is truly exceptional, and we feel confident that we've found the best cat sitters around—they are now officially our cats' godparents!"
