"Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"Philippe is the greatest cat sitter you could ever find in Richmond. He took care of Manchita, my 12 years old cat, while I was out of the country. He was kind enough to make a pre-visit to meet me and my cat and to ensure he got all special instructions regarding the care of Manchita; she needs medication for her chronical diseases.
Additionally, Philippe shared daily updates including pictures and videos of Manchita so I was sure she was doing well. Philippe made sure Manchita got fresh food everyday and cleaned the sand box properly. He even went an extra mile and spent some quality time petting Manchita.
Also, Philippe made sure to clean Manchita's food recipients and the areas where she usually eats. This was super helpful so I didn't have to take care of immediately cleaning after my return.
I would recommend Philippe to anyone who is looking for a great quality cat sitter service. Philippe loves animals so rest assured he will treat your pet as his own.

"Hatice watched my two cats for 6 days while I was away on vacation and she did an excellent job. You can tell she cares and has experience caring for cats of her own. "Kateryna was absolutely fantastic with our cat, we are always nervous to leave him alone but Kateryna took fantastic care of him. He warmed right up to her and sat on her lap. "Jolie took wonderful care of our two cats over the holidays. She sent us pictures regularly with captions that made my husband and I laugh out loud everytime.
