"It's difficult to tell where to begin with Michelle....
Kind, thoughtful, caring, flexible, open, honest, courteous are a few words that come to mind.
We were lucky enough to secure Michelle's services on a trip to BC this past week. We have always had friends or family take care of our 4 cats (two with special needs), but no one was available. We needed to find someone who was professional and comfortable taking care of our kitties. Luckily for us, Michelle was available.
From the beginning, we could tell she was great with cats. Our cats took to her right away. She came by our home twice prior to staying here, so we could ensure that she was comfortable taking care of their special needs. One of our cats requires constant blood glucose monitoring and insulin shots. Michelle stepped up to the plate, like a pro.
During our time away, she was in constant communication, sending us daily images of our kitties to know they were doing fine, and was great at asking questions when she was unsure of anything.
I can't recommend Michelle enough. We will absolutely be hiring her again on our next trip, and I recommend you do too (just not the same week as us!)"

Yan was absolutely wonderful to have care for our three cats and house! She provided excellent care for the cats, was very attentive and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The numerous photos she provided gave us a good indication of how things in the house were going, along with her narrative of how the cats were interacting with each other (with the change) and how they got along with Yan.
I would definitely recommend Yan for anyone who is looking for a caring, attentive and sincere pet lover!
We will most definitely request her services again on future trips!"

"Leticia stayed at our house with our doggie for the weekend (3 nights) and did an amazing job. Dakota is always a bit hesitant with strangers and she took the time to get him comfortable - and boy it was clear he was a happy dog! She sent pictures and videos of lots of walks so I would be comfortable he was okay. If your looking for a walker or a sitter, you absolutely can’t go wrong with her - she’s a gem. "

"Carla stayed at our house and looked after our cat for 8 nights while my husband and I were in Europe and she was AMAZING. This was our first time using Pawshake and I was somewhat apprehensive about the whole process, but she communicated with us on a regular basis, sent updates and pictures of our cat, and completely eliminated the stress of leaving our cat and house behind. Our house was perfectly neat and tidy when we got home and our cat didn’t even seem to have missed us. In fact, after we got home, I think he missed Carla! Carla is friendly, trustworthy, reliable and our cat loved her. We were impressed and super appreciative of the extraordinary level of service and commitment. "Hayley was a wonderful pet sitter for our two small dogs. We met in advance to review the pets needs and orient her to our home and review instructions for their care. This was our first big trip away in the past couple of years and we felt very comfortable with her care. Hayley communicated with us every few days with photos which was comforting. When we returned home the dogs were relaxed letting us know they were also at ease. We would definitely book with Hayley again"

"Marshall house sat and looked after our 5 cats and dog for two weeks. Everyone was well cared for and the house was nice and clean when we got home! My many instructions were followed carefully and my dog even got some bonus car rides and excursions to the park. I got regular updates and photos so I didn't have to worry. Marshall loves animals and it shows! Marshall even left a puzzle bowl for my dog because he noticed she ate too fast. I will definitely have Marshall back the next time I go on vacation."

"Tyler had a wonderful repoire with all of our fur gang, 6 of them; our guardian breed Pooch who is the boss even liked him and let him in the house !
The pet chores were done and our house was so clean when we returned !
The neighbour even complimented how he scooped every day !
The dogs were so happy to have a walk at a regular time, they let us know now when it is time for a stroll !
