"Sarah and Fletcher were amazing! They were able to meet up with us and the cats prior to booking and we had a great conversation and they actually spent the time to get to know the cats while they were there. They asked thorough questions in terms of care and took specific notes for each cat based on their personalities. While we were away Sarah and Fletcher kept us in the loop as to how the sessions went with plenty of pictures. You can really tell they are cat people as their text messages accurately described how the cats were doing. They text even more then what I was hoping for which was very much appreciated. In addition to looking after the cats they were able to water our garden while we were away which meant a lot to us as well. I would highly recommend Sarah and Fletcher to anyone looking for highly dependable care, with constant communication. They are true cat lovers and it showed. Thank you so much for providing excellent service!"

"Mia continues to be the best pet sitter that we could have asked for. I believe this is the 5th or 6th time that she has looked after my cats and I will continue to use her services as long as she is still in the pet sitting business. Mia not only allows us to have a care free vacation, she also brought in a number of packages that we had delivered into our home, threw out the kitchen trash and our house was cleaner than when we left! She is truly caring and compassionate when it comes to our cats and she has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with animals. I always welcome any suggestions she has on finding a different litter or trying a different formulation of medicine because she is usually right :) thank you for taking such amazing care of our cats as always!"

"All of us, my husband, myself and especially Tosca the cat, were very pleased with Dawn's caring this past weekend.
Our regular cat sitter was on vacation and I went through Pawshake's profiles to find a cat sitter who would make me feel comfortable leaving Tosca alone for four days.
Since the first meeting with Dawn, I knew I had the luck of choosing well.
She is a truly animal lover. She knows a lot of dogs and cats.
During our vacation, Dawn sent us many photos and videos of her two daily visits at Tosca's. Our cat seemed very happy and pampered.
It's very easy to communicate with Dawn and she is a very conscientious carer. Upon our return, we found a little card from Dawn, thanking us for trusting her to care for our furry baby.
I highly recommend her and hope my friends who have dogs will contact her for dog walks/sits."

"We're very happy with the care and attention Kat provided towards our cats 😊 She's reliable, patient and you can clearly see that she genuinely likes animals. Like agreed upon, Kat also sends messages, photos and videos when visiting. And those were very positive images with relaxed cats! So I will be returning and I can recommend her cat sitting and cat caring skills."

"I had to leave my cat alone for a few days, and he doesn't like when I'm gone for more than a few hours. I needed someone to take care of him and give him some attention, and Jennifer did a great job of that. Sent me pictures every day, and the cat was happy to see her."

"Erica was a great pet sitter! She followed care instructions, sent daily pictures, and was great with my cat and bearded dragon. She even went above and beyond to help my bearded dragon with his stomach issues while she was pet sitting. I’d definitely recommend her and book her again! "

"Whom does a professional pet sitter trust to look after her cat but another professional pet sitter like Carla? Carla and I have been pet sitting colleagues for the past several years with filling in for each other and passing along booking requests that the other can't take on. My own clients have expressed to me that they've been pleased with Carla's services when she's filled in for me, and I knew that Carla would provide that same excellent standard of care to my cat, Tom, while I was away. Carla got Tom, a normally shy kitty around new people, to come out and play laser pointer with her several times. He did really well with Carla, and I will always check with Carla first to see if she's available when I need pet sitting care for Tom."

"Irene is a wonderful cat sitter. She took care of our Leo 3 times last summer, for two visits a day each day (for 10, 14, and 3 days, respectively).
Leo is 13 years old cat, very sweet, but also timid and caution with newcomers. Irene was very PATIENT and allowed him to take his time to warm up to her, and conquered his trust. He is now so comfortable with her it looks like they've known each other for years.
Irene is DEPENDABLE, well ORGANIZED, RESPONSIVE in COMMUNICATION, CARING; she kept us informed, and sent us pictures every day. In addition to to the everyday pet sitting duties, she spent time PLAYING with our cat, and was COMFORTABLE administered him tonic and occasionally laxative, as he was coming out of a bout with gastrointestinal issues.
We were very happy to find Irene, particularly because none of the neighbour kids that usually did cat sitting for us were available, and one even had to cancel with just a few day's notice. Considering we were still under some COVID restrictions, this was a relief. We trust Irene, and will always call her back to look after Leo."
