"Marianne was great. I was really nervous handing over my home and pet to a complete stranger, as this was the first time I've used a pet sitter. She didn't hesitate to provide her ID so I could do a Google and get an idea of who she was. Everything she told me in the meet & greet aligned, which put my mind at east.
She came and picked up the keys, then dropped them off after I was home, making the entire process really easy. Reports were sent through the Pawshake app when she visited, so I was confident my cat was in good hands and being taken care of. I came home to my house in the same condition I left it, and my cat was healthy and fed. Marianne also monitored the litter box, adjusting the food as necessary (dealing with a minor constipation issue).
All in all an excellent experience, and I would recommend Marianne to anyone as a cat sitter."

"If you are looking for a pet sitter or dog walker, look no further! Leslie & Cat are two of the kindest, most compassionate humans, and they took the best possible care of our two cats while we were away for 8 days. We have used a handful of cat sitters before, but Leslie & Cat’s professionalism, communication and level of care were above and beyond all others. We have never felt so comfortable or trusting as we did when relying on Leslie & Cat to come by our home daily. Our cats (especially our shy Ollie) bonded with them right away and looked forward to their visits - this was clear from their expressions in all of the photos that Leslie sent each day. We rate them 11/10 and are so grateful to have finally found a trusted cat sitter. "

"I am a first time cat owner. My 2yo rescue cats are very shy/nervous around new people. I thought I need to get them used to strangers, so when I go out of town/country, they can survive! I was very fortunate to find Shiori. She is very caring & experienced cat sitter. She knows what to do/not-to-do with shy cats. She comes to see my cats when I am at work for now. My cats are still shy, but think getting better (recover from shock quicker 😅 now). I feel better now knowing I have someone I can ask to look after my cats🙂. "Mirielle is an exceptional cat-sitter, on so many levels!
Our 2 cats had never been left alone for any length of time. As such, we needed a cat-sitter who not only loved but *understood* cats to take care of them.
Mirielle's love and understanding of cats was evident from the very beginning. She was also very reliable and trustworthy, and was a pleasure to talk to and work with.
She visited our home twice per day and took care of all of our cats needs, including going 'above-and-beyond' to interact with them and make sure they were OK. She also sent us updates after every visit, along with frequent pictures to keep our mind at ease.
The peace of mind we enjoyed from having Mirielle look after our cats was priceless. I highly recommend Mirielle to any North Shore cat owners who are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy fellow cat-lover to look after their cats while they are away!"

"Melissa was a fantastic cat sitter for my two male Ragdolls while I was away for a week! Her communication was outstanding, the best I’ve experienced so far, and she sent lots of videos and photos of the cats during each visit (twice a day). I loved seeing the videos especially because I could see their behaviors and felt connected to them, and I could see they were extremely comfortable with Melissa which eased my stress of being away from them, I was truly able to relax knowing they were in good hands. Melissa was able to administer one of the cats oral liquid medication each morning without any problems which was a huge relief as well. Lastly, I loved how personable Melissa was with our communication, I felt like I was talking to a friend when she was updating me. I will hands down be booking with Melissa again for future trips!! 😻 "

"Francesca took wonderful care of our cats! Gracie and Lilah both warmed up to Francesca, despite being shy cats, which was a relief for us while we were away. We received lots of updates and photos and Francesca was super communicative. It’s obvious she is passionate and genuinely cares for the cats. Highly recommended them both and will definitely be asking Francesca and Mattia to look after the kitties again in the future! "
